• Mr. Bramha Nand,, DVP- Finance -
  Bramhanand is heading the finance department of Sonata. He is Chartered Accountants (Intermediate), M.Com, & LLB (Professional). He has to his credit over 9 years of experience in the microfinance sector. He has worked with MFIs like Cashpor, Varanasi and Vardan Microfinance, Gujarat and is looking Finance at the Head Office in Sonata.
• Mr.Shyam Kanhaiya, DVP- IT -
  He has more than 6 years of experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) and is associated with Sonata for more than 6 years. In Sonata, he heads the IT Department. He holds master degree in Computer Application
  Being the IT Head he ensures the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives. His functions in Sonata includes planning, coordinating, directing, and designing IT-related activities of the organization, and provides administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
• Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, DVP - Accounts -
  He is Cost & Management accountant by profession and also expertise in Insurance & Finance. He is working with Sonata from last 3 years. He worked with CORS Group, Bajaj Allianz, Birla Sun Life, Reliance Life Insurance and ICIC Prudential prior to joining Sonata.
• Shalini Baghel, CS -
  She is handling the legal & Secretarial compliances of Sonata by little over 2 years. In Sonata she makes laisoning with third parties like RBI, ROC, NSDL, RTA, & other authorities & coordinating with the Banks on behalf of sonata. Before joining Sonata she has been worked with practicing Company Secretaries firm & independently looked after the legal compliances of various Pvt. & Public companies. She is Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2010 & has completed M.Com, and B.Com.
• Mrs. Tanvi Pal, AVP- HR -
  She has done B.Tech in Information Technology and has completed MBA (HR) from Amity University, Noida.Prior to joining Sonata Finance Pvt. Ltd.,she was working with Samrat Group as Manager HR and was based at Hyderabad (AP).
• Tarun Srivastava, DVP- Audit -
  He has done his Masters in Social Welfare and is also an LLB. He has more than 6 years of microfinance experience and has been working with Sonata since its inception. He heads the Audit department at Sonata.
• Mr. Mohd. Saif Khan, DVP PMECD -
  Saif Khan has done MBA Finance. He has more than 8 years experience in MFI sector and has worked with Cashpor and Trust Microfin Network. He is heading the PMECD of Sonata
• Mr. Abhay Singh, DVP – Business Development -
  He has about 16 years of versatile experience. Having a good exposure in the field of Asset Finance & worked with companies like Shriram Group, L& T Finance Ltd (Larsen & Toubro Group). At Sonata presently he is heading the business development department , earlier he was heading Admin & Training Department . He has done MBA in Finance, PGDMM and LIII in Non Life.
• Mr. Ashish Singh, DVP - IL -
  Ashish Singh has more than 8 years of microfinance experience. He has been associated with Sonata for the last 5 years and is presently managing and leading the operations of Individual Loan. 
• Mr. Vinay  Singh, DVP- Operations
  He has more than 10 year experience in the field of Microfinance. Presently he is handling the operation in Sonata from last 2 years.
• Mr. Anil Singh, AVP- Operations
  He is credited more than 10 year and having a sound knowledge of Accounting, Sales, Operations. He is working with Sonata from last 2 years
• Mr. Anil Gupta, DVP- Operations
  Anil Gupta is an MBA Finance with more than 4 years of microfinance experience behind him. He has been working with Sonata for past 4 years
• Mr. Sanjay Singh, AVP- Operations
  He is working with Sonata from its inception and performer excellently with the growth of organization. He  has done Master in Science.
• Mr. Rohit Singh, AVP- Operations
  He has more than 8 year experience of MFIs Operation like RISE and have sound knowledge of product designing and MIS etc. He has done M.Sc & Diploma in Micro Finance.
• Mr. Satya Prakash Yadav, AVP- Operations
  He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Micro Finance and he is with Sonata since more than 3/4 years In Sonata, he presently handling Lucknow operation in sonata. He holds master degree in MBA Finance
